ABOUT

Hey, my name's Jesse Ratcliff. I'm a Strength and Conditioning Coach working with both athletes and general population clients, in person and online.
I bring over two decades of skin in the game through bodybuilding, martial arts, and strength and conditioning.
In 2024, after 15 years working in security operations and correctional services, I took a leap of faith. I stepped into the unknown and created Lift Weight and Contemplate to help people and answer my true vocation.
My approach blends thoughtful reflection with physical discipline. I focus on helping people integrate training into their lives as a lifelong practice that shapes how they think, how they move, and how they show up in the world. When done right, it benefits them, those around them, and the broader community.
